Welcome to Bellows Falls.

Go back in time to a place where life was a little bit more gentle. Where folks had time to visit with neighbors as they met in the post office, local food store or passing on the street. Where still today there is a wonderful old fashioned book store, hardware store, or town diner. It is the responsibility of the Bellows Falls Downtown Development Alliance to preserve this way of life by promoting and assisting the businesses that are here and supporting the business needs of the community. Come, visit our wonderful Farmers' Market with local goods from local farms and merchants. Come stroll, along our canal and Connecticut River Locks built in the late 1700's and come stroll down streets of vintage Victorian Houses and Main Street shopping.

We here at BFDDA are committed to the vitality, character, and way of life that Bellows Falls has long enjoyed and been envied. It is our focus to preserve and yet enhance the viability of the business community for those who reside, work, or visit here.
